Guest Singers

SING WITH US AS A GUEST SINGER!

From time to time we invite GUEST SINGERS to join us for specific concerts and events without having to make a long term commitment to the choir. This usually involves attending rehearsals in advance of the concert and singing in the concert itself. There is usually a fee charged which will be advertised below.

So, if we are singing a piece you love, take a look below to see if you can join us a guest singer.

We also hold workshop events to which guests are usually invited.

2024/25 Season

Mendelssohn - ‘Elijah’

Join us to rehearse and perform Mendelssohn’s masterpiece oratorio ‘Elijah’. The concert perfomance will take place on Saturday 5th April 2025 in Sheffield Cathedral.

Rehearsals take place at St. Andrew’s Church, Psalter Lane, Sheffield S11 8YL on Wednesdays commencing 8th January 2025 and each subsequent Wednesday until the concert.

The fee for guest singers is £25 including hire of music (if you have already sung as a ‘guest’ in the current season the fee will be pro-rata to a full year subscription).
